We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Transitional Treatment Programs to plan and coordinate the safe, efficient operation of the client milieu across all Transitional Treatment Program locations — ensuring that every site upholds the highest standards of care, safety, and recovery-oriented practice.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits
  • Multiple Medical Plans to fit your needs and budget
  • Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 403(b) Retirement Plan with 10% employer match at 1 year
  • Vacation and Sick accruals
  • 11 paid Holidays
  • 40 hours of paid Education/Training annually
  • Paid Licensure Reimbursement
  • Meaningful leadership work making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals in recovery

What You'll Do:

As Manager of Transitional Treatment Programs, you will provide operational and people-centered leadership across multiple residential program locations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, support staff development, drive quality improvement, and serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary leadership team — all while keeping client safety and recovery outcomes at the center of everything you do.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that all applicable policies, procedures, and mandates of regulatory agencies are complied with by Recovery Technicians and related staff
  • Ensure compliance with all state and local health, safety, and fire codes, including life safety codes; ensure timely completion of all related incident reporting
  • Conduct and ensure regular location-wide rounding to identify irregularities and areas of risk
  • Attend all Safety Committee meetings and ensure Recovery Technician representation and attendance
  • Ensure that shift staffing levels follow all applicable regulations and policies
  • Plan and organize in-service training for program staff as necessary
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and serve as a key management team member across program locations
  • Network proactively with other department leadership to optimize interdisciplinary coordination and ensure the best possible treatment outcomes
  • Coordinate and prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports, submitting them as required
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience, tracking performance and implementations with concrete data and policy-informed processes
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Supervise and train staff to complete tasks in accordance with SCADD standards
  • Review the department budget regularly and monitor and respond to any lines that are over or under budget
  • Serve as backup to provide direct care services as necessary
  • Participate in the orientation of new employees and the transfer of knowledge essential to the performance of duties

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 4 years of prior experience managing residential treatment milieu settings; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Valid and unrestricted Driver's License with the ability to drive an agency vehicle
  • Certification or licensure in substance abuse is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented practice, and SCADD's values of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
